Shipping Within Australia

Woodlane Pantry ships Australia-wide from our production facility in Mannum, South Australia.

We carefully pack every order to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

South Australia: 1–3 business days
Interstate Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
Regional & Remote Australia: 5–10 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier network delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.

Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Delivery Information

Woodlane Pantry is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was undeliverable or unclaimed, additional postage charges may apply before it can be resent.

Authority to Leave

Where permitted by the delivery carrier, parcels may be left in a safe place if no one is available to receive them.

If you prefer a signature on delivery or do not wish your parcel to be left unattended, please let us know when placing your order.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the delivery carrier.
